Those listed below have helped shape our Branch through service, integrity, and long-term dedication. Their contribution has had a lasting impact on members, workplaces, and the standards we defend.
Eligibility and Process
Life Membership may be awarded when a member has demonstrated:
Sustained service to the Union over an extended period
Exceptional contribution to industrial, safety, governance, or member outcomes
Active leadership through roles such as delegate/HSR/committee work or significant campaigns
A reputation for integrity, professionalism, and member-first advocacy
Life Membership is typically considered via a formal nomination, endorsed through the Branch’s governance process, and recorded as a permanent honour.
