Your Enterprise Agreement [EA] provides that when the rates in clause 4.11.4 Travel Expenses are paid for more than half a day or 12 hour period, the rates you are paid for daily travel expenses are set out in Table 1 of Taxation Determination 2012/17. The Agreement goes on to provide that if the amounts in the Determination are varied during the operation of your EA, the rates that are payable according to clause 4.11.4 shall be adjusted accordingly as from 1 January .........
